Territory Sales Manager – Aberdeenshire
Job details and compensation: £45,000 – £55,000 basic salary + uncapped commission + company car / car allowance + bonus.
An opportunity has arisen for a Territory Sales Manager to join a well established business supplying forest and garden machinery across North East Scotland. This is a field based role focused on managing and developing an existing customer base while identifying new business opportunities across agricultural, landscaping, and commercial sectors. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth through strong relationship management and delivering a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and growing an existing portfolio of customers across the region.
Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Promoting and selling forest and garden machinery and related products.
Conducting site visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent aftersales support.
Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and pipeline.

Candidate
Proven experience in a field sales or territory sales role.
Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
Knowledge or interest in agriculture, groundcare or machinery advantageous.
Package
Salary £45,000 – £55,000 basic salary (DOE).
