We’re looking for an exceptional individual who is tenacious, organised and results driven with an excellent proven track record (ideally with experience in the professional haircare sector). As a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) for Aston & Fincher your time will be split between managing an account base of existing salons and winning new business. Your overarching objective will be to build long‑term relationships with customers and execute commercial plans to achieve a greater In‑Salon Market Share (ISMS) and exceed sales targets, promotional and distribution objectives.

Competitive salary – £35k basic salary (based on experience), bonus and commission with an OTE up to £60,800.

A proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Proficient time management and multi‑tasking
Start and develop new and existing client relationships
Presentable with a pleasing personality

Responsibilities
Local knowledge essential. This role is based in Bristol and involves regular visits to local clients, so applicants should be within easy commuting distance.
Grow business within existing salons and key accounts.
Generate new business through prospecting new salons.
Maximise growth, turnover and distribution of all lines within the Aston & Fincher portfolio to include the Aston & Fincher furniture and beauty offering.
Develop and implement salon training programs to include retail training, marketing ideas, merchandising, staff incentives.
Promote and sell academy courses within your designated stores.
Monitor monthly sales results
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Work closely with the store managers in setting and achieving your goals.
Working Hours and Job Location
The working hours for this role are 40 hours a week Monday to Friday. This may vary due to TSM’s role and responsibilities.
