Job Description
The Territory Manager will support M.E.D. Surgical customers in selling and distributing Operating Room products such as Urology & Gynaecology, Laparoscopic, Cardiac & Vascular devices to clinicians in the UK.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Present, demonstrate, and develop new business, working independently to identify opportunities and convert them into sales.
Provide clinical support to customers in Urology & Gynaecology, Laparoscopic, Cardiovascular & Thoracic instrumentation and consumables.
Develop lasting relationships with key customers.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Assist customers with clinical, technical, and commercial inquiries.
Plan and implement business strategies within the area of responsibility, develop new business opportunities, and explore new markets.
Collect, analyze, and interpret market and competitor information systematically.
Provide feedback on customer needs, promotional programs, and market changes; suggest improvements for products and company performance.
Support the launch of new products and participate in corporate activities within the area.
Attend relevant conferences and meetings.
Engage in continuous professional and personal development.

Role Requirements
At least 3 years’ experience in surgical medical sales.
Experience selling into operating theatres, with existing relationships in Urology, Gynaecology, or Laparoscopic surgery advantageous.
Strong drive, planning, organizational, and account management skills.
Willingness to travel within the UK.
Full training provided.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid, clean driving license; company car provided.
Background in clinical or medical device sales is essential.
