Territory Manager – Healthcare / Dental Sales (North England) Field Based | Competitive Salary + Bonus Exciting opportunity for a motivated and commercially driven Territory Manager to join a growing organisation operating within the healthcare technology sector. This role is well suited to someone with field sales experience in dental, healthcare, medical devices or aesthetics, or a clinically trained professional (Dental Nurse, Treatment Coordinator, Practice Manager, etc.) looking to transition into a commercial role. You will be responsible for managing a defined territory, developing relationships with healthcare professionals and positioning innovative products and solutions that support improved patient outcomes. This is a field-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, building strong relationships and driving business growth across their territory. Key Responsibilities
Managing and developing customer relationships across defined sales territory with customers including dental practices and healthcare institutions. Building strong relationships with dental and healthcare professionals Identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts Delivering product demonstrations and clinical discussions Providing consultative support to customers on product solutions Achieving and exceeding sales targets
Ideal Background
Minimum 2+ years field sales experience in dental, healthcare, medical devices, aesthetics or a related sector
or
A clinical background (Dental Nurse, Treatment Coordinator, Practice Manager etc.) with strong commercial motivation
Key Skills
Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills Consultative and solution-focused selling style Self-motivated and organised Comfortable working independently in a field-based role Ambitious and competitive with a strong desire to succeed
