Territory Sales Manager – East
Salary: £47,000 + Uncapped Commission

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and maintain strong client relationships within your assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops at client sites, trade shows, and events.
- Generate new leads and identify business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM systems and report results to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support company goals, share insights, and improve sales processes.
- Provide consultative solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of proven sales experience in B2B, territory, or product-focused sales roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized with a results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable with frequent travel across the Midlands.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Experience in pipeline management, lead generation, and territory planning preferred.
