Availability windows are: - Monday: 17:45 – 00:15 - Tuesday: 17:45 – 00:15 - Wednesday: 17:45 – 00:15 - Thursday: 17:45 – 00:15 - Friday: 17:45 – 00:15 - Saturday: 17:45 – 00:15 Shift schedules will be booked within these times and you will receive a three‑week notice of your exact shifts.

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. If you prefer to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have suitable opportunities and would still like to hear from you.

• Serve shoppers and respond to their needs with passion and pride.
• Maintain excellent natural service and provide product knowledge.
• Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
• Apply training received to work safely and efficiently.
• Make decisions that benefit customers and meet their needs on time.
• Take part in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand store performance, drive service and sales, and help reduce waste, shrinkage and increase profit.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality.
• Showcase Tesco values, welcome everyone and follow policies.
• Provide assistance with deliveries into the store when required.
