Test Driven Development Lead Rates: Up to £70 UMBRELLA INSIDE IR35 Site : Bristol Duration: 6 months Our clients Embedded Software department is at the core of the organisation's weapon systems. They create the complex, highly reliable real-time software that powers their missile systems and their components, ensuring that they provide the performance and functionality that users require when they need it. They are involved all the way through development – from concept studies through trials firings and the move into production and service. Responsibilities: You will act as a technical leader, coach, and change agent, embedding Test Driven Development (TDD) practices into a team of highly capable engineers who have not previously worked in a TDD environment. You will shape engineering culture and introduce TDD principles while maintaining clear organisational separation between development and testing. You will not only coach the team, you will act as a hands-on test practitioner where you will personally design, implement, and execute most project tests to provide objective evidence of software quality in line with quality assurance requirements.
