We're looking for an experienced Contract Test Manager to lead a step-change in test automation and quality across a complex, private health platform which is integrated -heavily with NHS platforms Recent incidents have highlighted the need for stronger test strategy, automation, and cross-team ownership. This role will define the direction, deliver tangible automation outcomes, and embed sustainable quality practices across internal teams and third-party suppliers.
What needs delivering
Own and deliver a modern test strategy covering functional, integration, regression, and non-functional testing
Select and implement test automation tools suited to healthcare integration and messaging environments
Build a first-of-type automated test pack for critical HL7, FHIR, API, and messaging flows
Work closely with internal engineering teams and third-party development partners to embed quality throughout the SDLC
Establish clear processes for test management, reporting, environment parity, and release confidence
Mentor and upskill testers, analysts, and developers to leave lasting internal capability
Act as a senior stakeholder interface, translating risk and quality into clear business outcomes
