This role is ideally suited to Thai Sous Chefs from contract catering, aviation catering or large-scale production kitchens , where volume, consistency and organisation are second nature -combined with genuine expertise in Thai cuisine. Drive consistency, quality and authenticity across all dishes. Lead and develop junior chefs within a structured brigade. Oversee prep, production and service delivery at scale. Work closely with senior chefs on menu development and innovation. Maintain high standards of food safety, allergens and due diligence. About You Strong background in authentic Thai cuisine is essential. Experience within contract catering, aviation or high-volume production kitchens .
