?Is your current Theatre Team Lead role holding you back?

Youll join a renowned private hospital with a newly refurbished theatre suite equipped with cutting-edge technology. Our theatres support a wide range of specialties including Orthopaedics, Bariatrics, General Surgery, Vascular, Plastics, Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, Spinal, Urology, and ENT.

This is a full-time Theatre Team Lead role (37.5 hours per week) with no night shifts, offering a healthy work-life balance and the chance to work in a supportive, forward-thinking team.

Your Role as a Theatre Team Lead

You will:

  • Lead and manage a small team within the orthopaedic theatre, supported by a Theatre Manager and Deputy.

  • Deliver exemplary planned care for patients undergoing elective procedures.

  • Act as a role model, demonstrating clinical excellence and leadership.

  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring development needs are met.

  • Oversee equipment and implant bookings, liaising with company representatives as needed.

  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of patient safety and care.

What Were Looking For

You are:

  • A Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner with current NMC/HCPC registration.

  • Experienced in orthopaedic scrub (minimum 3 years) and familiar with other specialties.

  • Skilled in team leadership and clinical supervision.

  • Passionate about patient care and service improvement.

  • Ideally holding a mentorship qualification and understanding of financial budgets.
