Essential Requirements of a Therapeutic ASD Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Background in therapeutic, trauma-informed, or nurture-based education
Proven experience supporting pupils with ASD and complex needs
Skilled in emotional regulation strategies , structured routines, and low-arousal approaches
Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
Right to work in the UK
