1. Responsible for the Building Services aspects to fully meet the annual requirements of the Council's revenue and capital programmes.

2. Advise, develop and implement client approved planned, cyclical and day to day maintenance programmes and related services such as:-

Planned Preventative Maintenance
Electrical / Mechanical reports / projects
Building Condition Surveys
Pre-tender estimates and options appraisal3. As an acknowledged building surveying expert, provide technical advice on works required to maintain, improve and/or develop property.

4. Responsible for delivering the full range of building surveying services duties on allocated works appropriate to the scope of work undertaken, including:-

Small capital projects
Planned maintenance
External/internal decoration and repair
HVAC / Electrical projects
Drainage and landscape works
Revenue and capital funded projects
Stakeholder consultation, brief agreement, preparation and presentation of feasibility and option appraisals. Scheme design, preparation of accurate budget estimates and spend profile projections.5. Preparation of works/scheme detailed specifications including drawings and contract documentation.

6. Site supervision of works in progress, including monitoring quality, keeping site visit records and reporting.

7. Preparing submissions for and obtaining all relevant planning and building consents.
