Tier 2 Customer Support Specialist Permanent £28,000-£30,000 Newcastle Upon Tyne Hybrid Working We're looking for a Tier 2 Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in making sure our clients get fast, friendly, and effective support when they run into technical issues. This isn't just a helpdesk job. You'll be involved in solving more complex problems, working with developers, and supporting the applications our customers rely on every day. What We're Looking For You don't have to be a software expert-but a technical background helps. More importantly, we're looking for someone who is: Customer-focused , with excellent communication skills

Ideally, you'll have: A proven track record of working in a customer service/support environment Experience working with ASP.NET and C#
