TIG Welder/ Fabricator
£42k - £44k dependant on experience, based in Dorset
This is not a high-volume production role. The position focuses on one-off and low-volume bespoke fabrication, requiring precision, adaptabilityand a strong understanding of complex assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
TIG welding and fabrication of exhaust systems, fuel tanksand associated components
Working from engineering drawings and specifications
Producing high-integrity welds to exacting standards
Collaborating closely with engineering and design teams on bespoke builds
Maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and documentation
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a TIG Welder Fabricator in a precision engineering environment
Strong background in bespoke or prototype fabrication (not repetitive batch work)
Experience working with thin-wall materials (e.g. stainless steel, aluminium, exotic alloys)
Ability to interpret detailed technical drawings
Background in aerospace, motorsport, defenceor high-performance engineering is highly desirable
Meticulous attention to detail and pride in workmanship
