Job Description

Alliance Personnel are currently seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join one of their clients based in Birmingham, B1.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have experience in TIG welding and a strong mechanical aptitude. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to their manufacturing operations.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Perform TIG welding\n\n * Utilise power tools for cutting and shaping materials\n\n * Operate stick welding equipment as needed\n\n * Assemble and fabricate metal parts according to specifications\n\n * Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues\n\n * Use basic maths skills for measurements and calculations\n\n * Employ hand tools effectively for welding tasks\n\nRequirements\n\n * Proven experience in Tig welding\n\n * Ability to weld and fabricate metal components accurately\n\n * Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools\n\n * Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and maintenance\n\n Skills test required\n\nWorking hours: Monday - Thursday 7am - 4pm, Friday 7am - 12pm - 39hrs per week + overtime\n\nTEMP - PERM 12 weeks
