Job Title: TIG Welder\nLocation: Leicestershire, LE18\nShift: Rotating AM/PM (37 hours per week)\nPay: £18.38 per hour incl. shift allowance\n\nBenefits:\n\nPermanent position\n26 days floating + 7 statutory days (this holiday entitlement increases after 10 years to 27 days)\nCompany events\nCompany pension\nCycle to work scheme\nEmployee discount\nFree parking\nOn-site parking\nSick pay\nStore discountSupplemental pay types:\n\nBonus scheme\nQuarterly bonus \n\nThe Company:\n\nA specialised manufacturer in both precision aerospace components and large industrial gas turbine parts, making us a trusted supplier to key industries across the globe.\n\nThe TIG Welder Role:\n\nProvide welding support on a range of industrial components in line with customer requirements.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCompletion of TIG welding tasks in line with Customer specification\nCompletion of critical tube welding tasks, welding of vanes to vanes\nInspection of work to ensure compliance with strict quality standards\nUsing a range of air tools to perform work tasks\nCompletion of all necessary paperwork (i.e batch cards)\nUnderstanding of basic Engineering drawings and method specifications.\nAdherence to all company policies and procedures, including SOX, Code of Conduct and Health and Safety. \n\nAbout You:\n\nMust have proven experience of TIG welding\nExperience of working in a fast-paced Manufacturing / Engineering environment\nExperience of using hand / air tools\nAbility to understand method specifications and basic engineering drawings\nExperience of using measuring systems to ensure quality adherence \n\nHow to Apply:\n\nTo apply for the TIG Welder position, click Apply Now and upload your CV.
