Ambitek are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced TIG Welder to join a busy workshop team in Widnes. The role involves high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel pipework and vessels, working to precise specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• TIG welding on stainless steel pipework and vessels
• Reading and working from engineering drawings
• Producing high-quality, clean welds to specification
• Workshop-based fabrication and assembly duties as required

Pay Rates (LTD / CIS / Umbrella)

• Basic: £24.05 per hour (Monday-Friday, first 8 hours)
• Overtime 1: £28.70 per hour (after 8 hours Monday-Friday & first 6 hours on Saturday)
• Overtime 2: £33.35 per hour (after 6 hours on Saturday & all day Sunday)

Requirements

• Proven TIG welding experience (stainless steel essential)
• Ability to work from drawings and technical specifications
• Relevant site or workshop experience preferred
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship
