Schulte Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a skilled TIG/MIG Welders to join our manufacturing client's team in Georgetown, MA.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced welder to work in a precision sheet metal fabrication environment where your craftsmanship truly matters. If you’re a detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting—this could be the perfect fit!

Schedule: 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Pay: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG and MIG welding on a variety of precision sheet metal components • Read and interpret fabrication and machining blueprints • Use precision measurement tools, including calipers, to verify tolerances • Maintain a clean and organized workspace • Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality production • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures • Communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors and team members • Consistently meet quality standards and production timelines

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of TIG/MIG welding experience required • Prior experience in a precision sheet metal fabrication shop is a MUST • Proficiency in blueprint reading and using measurement instruments • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Positive attitude and reliable work ethic

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs • Exposure to typical shop noise and metalworking equipment • Use of PPE is required at all times
