Role Description

This is a full-time, remote TikTok Operations Assistant Manager. The position involves managing day-to-day operations related to TikTok Shop, ensuring smooth execution of processes, and contributing to operational improvements. Responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, managing customer interactions, optimizing workflows, and effectively communicating with teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Operations and Operations Management, with the ability to oversee and improve workflows effectively. Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess metrics, identify improvement areas, and provide actionable insights. Excellent Communication skills for both internal teamwork and external collaboration with customers and partners. Background in Customer Service, ensuring a positive experience for clients and resolving inquiries efficiently. Organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and leadership are highly desirable. Experience with TikTok Shop or influencer marketing platforms is a bonus.
