We’re partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing wellness & lifestyle brand to hire a TikTok Shop Lead — a pivotal role focused on building a high-performance creator commerce engine from the ground up.

You’ll take ownership of TikTok Shop as a core business unit, developing strategy, building a creator ecosystem, and driving performance through high-volume content, rapid testing, and continuous optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage always-on creator programmes, incentives, and partnerships to drive consistent content and sales
  • Develop a scalable creator acquisition and retention strategy focused on performance and output
  • Own TikTok Shop as a revenue channel, driving GMV growth and commercial performance
  • Work cross-functionally with paid media, creative, and e-commerce teams to maximise impact
  • Continuously refine strategy based on performance data and platform opportunities
  • Enable high-volume content production with a strong focus on testing and iteration
  • Track and analyse key metrics including GMV, CPA, ROAS, and content performance
