The Role We’re looking for an experienced TikTok Shop specialist who has already scaled products or brands to significant revenue and understands what it takes to build and grow a high-performing TikTok Shop. This is an opportunity to build our TikTok Shop from the ground up and play a key role in scaling both revenue and impact. What you'll be doing
Build and scale our TikTok Shop from scratch Develop and execute high-performing TikTok Shop strategies Identify winning products, content angles, and growth opportunities Work with creators to drive conversions and scale content Optimise performance through testing, data, and iteration Drive revenue growth with a focus on long-term scalability
What we are looking for
Proven experience scaling TikTok Shop to7-figure revenue (or similar) Strong understanding of TikTok Shop ecosystem, trends, and conversion strategies Experience working with brands or products that have successfully scaled Ability to move quickly, test ideas, and adapt based on performance Self-starter mindset, comfortable building from the ground up
