Position Overview

We’re looking for a Videographer to help lead the charge in creating visually brilliant, TikTok-first content for some of the UK’s most exciting brands.

You’ll be directing creators on set, running TikTok Shop live streams, capturing content in fast-paced environments, and travelling across the UK and Europe to make stories come alive on screen. From lo-fi native TikToks to polished product shots and multi-cam live setups, you’ll need to be confident in every kind of production.

The ideal person is equal parts filmmaker, creative collaborator, and calm-in-the-chaos problem solver. You know what’s trending, you know how to make content people actually watch, and you’re not afraid to take the lead on set or in the studio.

This is a senior hands-on role for someone who thrives in high-energy environments, is obsessed with visual storytelling, and understands how TikTok has changed the game.

Key Responsibilities

Filming & Directing (40%)

• Plan, direct, and shoot short-form video content for TikTok.
• Lead on-set production, managing lighting, framing, sound, and multiple takes with TikTok pacing in mind.
• Direct creators, talent, and clients during shoots, keeping the energy high.
• Capture a range of content styles, from raw UGC to product-focused campaigns.
• Travel across the UK and Europe for shoots, pop-ups, and brand activations.

✂️ Editing & Post-Production (60%)

• Edit and deliver TikTok-first content in Premiere Pro or CapCut, balancing speed and quality.
• Cut and adapt content for different TikTok trends, hooks, and formats.
• Collaborate with creative strategists to make sure edits deliver on performance and storytelling goals.
• Manage media, project files, and workflows for efficient turnarounds.
• Create pre-rolls, behind-the-scenes edits, and supporting content for TikTok Shop live streams.

TikTok Shop Live Streaming (nice to have)

• Support setup, production, and post-production for TikTok Shop live streams.
• Troubleshoot live tech (OBS, streaming software, signal issues) where needed.

Skills, Experience & Characteristics

• 3 to 5+ years in editing and shooting digital content, ideally TikTok or Reels.
• Confident editing in Premiere Pro (CapCut experience a plus).
• Can direct talent and creators on set, while staying adaptable and fun.
• Portfolio that showcases both polished edits and social-first creativity.
• Happy to travel regularly (sometimes last minute) and manage gear.
• Strong understanding of TikTok culture, formats, and what makes content perform.
• Live streaming/OBS experience is a plus but not essential.
• Ideally London-based or nearby, with flexibility to travel.
