Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a large-scale Time & Attendance (T&A) system implementation. This strategic role will oversee the full project lifecycle—from planning and execution to deployment and post-implementation support—across multiple business units and geographies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the T&A system implementation project.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Operations, Finance, and external vendors.
  • Ensure seamless integration with both new and legacy Payroll and HR systems.
  • Maintain compliance with employment law, GDPR, and internal governance policies.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Oversee system testing, user training, change management, and go-live activities.


Essential Requirements

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in T&A systems.
  • Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-year technology projects.
  • Strong knowledge of T&A systems (e.g., Softworks, Kronos, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the UK and Northern Ireland.

  • Experience working in unionised environments or managing global workforce systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
