Time Critical Freight Operator Location: Heathrow, TW14 Salary: Circa £40,000 + Benefits Hours: 19:00pm - 07:00am (Night Shift)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Time Critical Operator to join a busy night shift operations team within a leading freight forwarding environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven logistics professional with strong time-critical experience to take the next step in their career.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing urgent and time-critical shipments across multiple modes of transport, ensuring high-value and sensitive consignments are handled efficiently and delivered within strict deadlines. The role requires someone confident working independently during night shifts while maintaining accuracy, urgency, and a high level of customer service.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in time-critical / multi-modal freight operations essential Experience handling AOG, NFO, OBC, and dedicated transport shipments Strong knowledge across both imports and exports Experience with Boxtop and Sequoia (preferred) Ability to work independently and as part of a small night team Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
