Titration Team - Deputy Lead

The Titration Team Deputy Lead will be a key member of the leadership team within a large, multidisciplinary ADHD Titration Service. This role supports Consultant Psychiatrists by providing independent and supplementary prescribing interventions to a significant caseload of patients diagnosed with ADHD. The post holder will be an experienced ADHD prescriber, responsible for carrying out reviews and initiating and stabilising treatment. They must have practical experience prescribing ADHD medications for both CAMHS and adult patients and be confident in working within national prescribing guidelines. Reporting to: Titration Team Lead

Remuneration:£65,000 FTE- plus £1000 working from home allowance

Contract Type: Permanent -Full Time/Part-Time - 20 -40 hours per week

Location: Home-based/various UK meeting locations as required

This is a home-based role (applicants must reside in the UK), though occasional travel may be required for face-to-face meetings at various locations within the UK.

Able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work autonomously, remain calm under pressure, and apply initiative with meticulous attention to detail. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential, including the ability to prioritise, multi-task, and plan work efficiently. A proactive, problem-solving approach is expected, particularly when addressing challenges in a clinical setting. The post holder must also demonstrate a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all professional interactions. Maintaining the necessary professional registrations for continued practice as a registered health professional is essential, as is a willingness to engage in regular professional and clinical supervision as provided by Psychiatry UK.
