What You’ll Do *Lead and manage a small team of skilled technicians and toolmakers, overseeing tool-related maintenance, turnaround schedules, and KPI targets across the production site. *Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for tooling, manufacturing, and engineering challenges. *Coach, develop, and mentor your team—handling aspects like absences, training plans, and overtime coordination.
