Role
Focus of this role will be on Pay and Rewards for a large-scale government Digital and Data programme (circa 27,000 civil servants).
We seek someone with experience in setting up pay allowances within the civil service, who understands pay frameworks and rewards tools/practices, and has evidence of implementation.
Strong analytical skills, modeling pay data, helping to design pay and benefit practices, and addressing challenges relating to Pay and Reward.

- Excel expert (pivot tables, what-if analysis)
- Template completion
- Strong analytical skills
- Advising and supporting new departments on capability assessments
- Demonstrable evidence of critical thinking, analysis, and challenging assumptions
