$36.50 per hour (approx. $584.00 per week for a 40‑hour work week)

Employment Terms

Full time, permanent employment. Shift options: early morning, morning, day, evening, night, weekend. Starts as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Calculate the cost of truck repairs and new parts if needed
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Apply mountain driving expertise
• Demonstrate professionalism in customer service
• Drive as part of a two‑person team or convoy
• Load and unload goods
• Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
• Pay and receive payments for goods
• Perform brake adjustments
• Perform emergency roadside repairs
• Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
• Perform tarping and ensure safety and security of cargo

Qualifications & Experience

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience driving tow trucks
• Driver's licence (Class 1 or A)
• Air brakes endorsement
• Air brake (Z) endorsement
• Basic security clearance
• Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliable, team player, hardworking, patient

Working Conditions

On site work. Must be completed at the physical location. No option for remote work.
