The Role Based in Cornwall and reporting directly to the Head of Planning, this is a key opportunity to take ownership of the entire planning process — from consultation through to securing consents. You’ll work closely with technical teams across planning, land and sales, lead planning strategy, manage external consultants, and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and local authorities.
