Town Planner / Urban Planning Officer / Consultant who has previous planning experience preferably within a private planning consultancy or developer environment with the ability to lead and manage the planning process for multiple large-scale projects is required for a successful specialist development management company based in Bedfordshire. SALARY: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Benefits LOCATION: Hybrid Working with your time split working from home and the office in Bedford, Bedfordshire JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent WORKING HOURS: 37.5 Hours per Week.
