Responsibilities

As a Town Planner, your key responsibilities will include:

Preparing and submitting planning applications, supporting documents, and planning statements. Conducting site appraisals and planning policy research. Liaising with clients, local authorities, and external consultants to ensure successful project delivery. Attending site visits and representing clients at committee meetings or appeals, as required. Contributing to business development efforts and maintaining strong client relationships. Collaborating with senior colleagues to develop and implement effective planning strategies.
