Role Overview Reporting to the Land Director, the Town Planning Manager will play a critical role in managing planning applications and strategic land promotion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for progressing sites through the planning system efficiently and effectively, ensuring that planning consents are secured in line with company objectives and timelines.
