Job Title: Track Marshal

Job Location: Daytona Milton Keynes Reporting to: Senior Marshal / Duty Manager Place in Organisation: Venue Operations Team

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To ensure the safe and efficient operation of the race circuit through vigilant track monitoring, proactive incident management, and high standards of customer service. The Track Marshal is a key part of the Daytona experience, responsible for ensuring driver safety, enforcing racing protocols, and supporting race control to deliver an exciting and professional event.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Track Operations Monitor the circuit from assigned marshal posts and maintain full situational awareness throughout each session. Use flags, lights, and radio communication effectively and in accordance with training and regulations. Respond quickly and safely to on-track incidents, recovering karts and assisting drivers as required. Maintain control of the pit lane and start/finish areas, ensuring they are kept clear and organised. Perform kart recovery and relocation tasks safely using correct manual handling techniques and PPE.
