Tractor Driver Spalding £13 per hour We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Tractor Driver to join our team in Spalding on a temporary basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on, fast-paced outdoor work and is confident operating tractors and towing trailers.
Main Duties: Driving a tractor to tow trailers loaded with Danish trolleys full of product

Pushing and loading Danish trolleys onto trailers

Transporting plants safely between different greenhouses

Heavy lifting and manual handling

General cleaning of trailers and work areas

Following and adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements: Previous tractor driving experience preferred Previous tractor driving experience preferred

Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good awareness of health and safety

Reliable and punctual

What We Offer: £13.00 per hour

Monday to Friday schedule no weekends

Consistent daytime hours (07:45 16:00)
