The Role You will be the first point of contact for trade and retail customers, providing excellent service and supporting daily branch operations. Key Responsibilities Serving customers at the trade counter

Taking orders and processing payments

Providing product advice and support

Handling stock and deliveries

Maintaining a clean and organised counter area

Requirements Previous trade counter experience is essential

Strong customer service skills

Good product knowledge (roofing/building materials preferred)

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
