The Opportunity

The UK trade floor is seeking a Trade Support Specialist to join the elite team on a Permanent basis.

What You'll Do

• Support traders and portfolio managers across London
• Troubleshoot trading platforms (Bloomberg, Tradeweb) and in-house risk systems
• Write and optimize SQL queries in production environments
• Automate processes using Bash/Python scripting
• Diagnose FIX protocol issues and trade execution flows
• Work directly with front office teams acting as a key point of escalation for incident management and critical workflow issues

What We Need

• Strong SQL proficiency - production environment experience essential
• Trading platform expertise (Bloomberg, Tradeweb, OMS/EMS systems)
• FIX protocol knowledge - troubleshooting vendor messages
• Scripting skills (Bash preferred, Python a plus)
• Trade floor experience - Direct trader/PM interaction
• Asset class knowledge - Fixed Income, Commodities, FX, Futures
