Job Description:

PSR Solutions is seeking a reliable and dedicated Traffic Marshall for a long-term project in the Southampton area. As a Traffic Marshall, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and secure operation of the site.

Key Responsibilities:

Control access to the site, ensuring only authorised personnel and vehicles enter.
Monitor and record all site visitors.
Direct traffic within the site to ensure safety and efficiency.
Maintain a log of deliveries and site activities.
Perform regular security checks around the site perimeter.
Assist with general site duties as required.
General Labouring duties.Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Valid CSCS card.
Traffic Marshall ticket (CPCS)
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.Benefits:
