Traffic Marshall/Labourer required in Banbury, Oxfordshire to startin 27th April on a 13 week job. Job Title: Traffic Marshall (Construction) Location: Banbury Pay Rate: £17.50 per hour Temp
Key Responsibilities Guiding vehicles and heavy machinery through designated routes to ensure smooth traffic flow. Using hand signals, signs, and radios to communicate clearly with drivers and operators. Monitoring the site for obstructions or unsafe conditions and taking immediate action to mitigate risks. Implementing established traffic management plans and ensuring the safety of pedestrians at crossing points. Assisting with site security to deter unauthorized access and maintaining accurate records of traffic flow or incidents. You will also be required to carry out Labouring duties
Qualifications & Requirements Valid NPORS or CPCS Card (Traffic Marshall/Vehicle Marshaller). A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Traffic Marshall on utility or large-scale construction sites. A recent, checkable work reference is essential. A proactive approach to site safety and clear communication skills.
