As a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant, you'll support schools by connecting talented teachers and support staff with rewarding opportunities. Our Impact Academy provides structured training, ongoing coaching, and clear progression routes to help you build a successful recruitment career from day one.
Your Development Journey
Source, interview, and assess high-quality education professionals
Create engaging candidate profiles and present them to schools
Support senior consultants while developing your own client relationships
Progress into full 360° recruitment, including business development, account management, and negotiation

What We're Looking For
A full UK driving licence (or a test booked)
