✔ Have sales experience (retail, telesales, estate agency, call centre, etc.)
✔ Are confident communicators (phone + face-to-face)
✔ Are target-driven and money-motivated

If you're not comfortable picking up the phone, building relationships, and selling - this role won't be the right fit.

The Role

Phase 1: Training & Candidate Management (0-6 months)

Learn a specialist market (Rail & Engineering)
Source, screen, and engage candidates
Build talent pipelines
Support senior consultants You'll still be expected to communicate confidently and build relationships daily

Phase 2: Sales & Business Development (6+ months)

Win new business and build client relationships
Manage and grow your own desk
Identify opportunities within existing accounts
Generate revenue and earn commission This is a sales role at its core - success depends on your ability to influence, negotiate, and close.

Previous sales or customer-facing experience (ESSENTIAL)
Strong verbal communication skills
Confident, resilient, and competitive mindset
Financially motivated and target-driven
Professional and driven to succeed

Structured 4-week induction
Ongoing 1-to-1 mentoring

£30K+ OTE Year 1
£40K+ OTE Year 2
Uncapped commission (monthly)
