An established Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contractor is seeking a Junior Estimator / Trainee Estimator (M&E) to support its growing pre-construction and commercial team on London-based projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently studying or recently qualified who is looking to gain practical, hands-on experience within the M&E construction sector, with clear progression into a long-term estimating or commercial role.
The Role:
You will assist the estimating team with:

Supporting tender submissions and pricing schedules
*
Reading and understanding drawings, specifications, and scope documents
*
Completing basic material take-offs and labour allowances
*
Issuing enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors
*
General estimating support and administrative duties
What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
*
Organised, proactive, and confident communication skills
*
Basic Excel knowledge (training provided where required)
*
Genuine interest in Mechanical & Electrical construction and commercial processes
