Trainee FLT Counterbalance Driver
Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Temp-to-Perm
We are currently recruiting for a Trainee FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and growing operation. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity offering full training and the chance to develop a long-term career within a supportive working environment.
This role would suit someone who is reliable, motivated, and keen to build a career within a warehouse or production setting.
Key Responsibilities

Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
*
Ensuring materials are received, stored, and moved correctly within the warehouse
*
Supporting production operations by preparing and supplying materials when required
*
Preparing loads for dispatch, including wrapping stillages and pallets
*
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
*
Following all health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
*
A valid Counterbalance FLT licence is required
*
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
*
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
