Our prestigious Hereford-based client is currently seeking Trainee Injection Moulding Technicians to join their busy and expanding team. Main Duties: * Assisting the Injection Moulding Team with the development of new tooling and moulding programs. * Safe and efficient tool changes (last off through to first off) of existing tools using pre-set programs. * Ensure that all ancillary machinery is set up correctly. * Material handling, including material and colour changes, mixing, drying and granulating. * Ensure and confirm that first off’s meet relevant quality standards. * Utilisation of staff to assist with tool changes, material changes, and general operation of the department. * Actively participate in process improvement activities.
