Kitchen design company based in Woodford is seeking a motivated Trainee Kitchen Designer to join their growing team.

A fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to build a rewarding career in the kitchen design industry.

At the trainee stage, you will:

· Support the design team with project management /administration.

· Assist in managing and nurturing leads, ensuring great customer follow-up.

· Contribute to social media and marketing activities, helping showcase our bespoke designs.

· Gain first-hand experience of how our showroom operates day to day.

We provide a structured development plan that will take you step by step from a support role into a fully trained Kitchen Sales Designer. Once trained, you will take ownership of projects from concept to completion — creating stunning designs, presenting to clients, and managing installations.

Who we’re looking for:

· Highly motivated, organised, and keen to learn.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· IT literate (experience with Microsoft Office; CAD knowledge is a plus but not required at trainee level).

· Creative flair and interest in interiors, design, or project management.

Working hours: Monday to Saturday with one day off in the week. Some Sundays and bank holidays during busy periods.

Location: Woodford, London.
