As a Trainee Labourer, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting the Team Leader with installation projects from start to finish
Preparing, cleaning, and maintaining work areas
Collecting tools and materials when required
Using adhesives, sealants, and felting materials
Handling tools and equipment safely
Carrying out general manual labour tasks as directed
As a Trainee Labourer, your experience will include:
A full UK driving licence
Over 25 years old due to insurance policy requirements
Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away when required
A reliable and proactive approach to work
Interest in hands‑on, outdoor tasks
Previous labouring , construction or outdoor experience is useful but not essential
