We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Payroll Assistant to join our HR and finance team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals looking to start a career in payroll, HR, and finance administration. Training and mentorship will be provided to help you develop practical skills in payroll processing and employee record management. Key Responsibilities: Assist in processing employee payroll accurately and on time Support the maintenance of payroll records and documentation Help ensure compliance with payroll policies and relevant regulations Assist in reconciling payroll data and resolving discrepancies Provide administrative support to the HR and payroll team Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth payroll operations Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome) Basic understanding of payroll processes and accounting principles
