What you'll be doing;
Assisting in the preparation of cost reports, documentation and project updates to support accurate decision-making
Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations, clarify costs and track project progress
Supporting the project team by providing accurate and timely cost data and measurements
Assisting in ensuring all project activities comply with relevant environmental standards and regulations
Communicating regularly with internal teams and external contacts via email, phone, meetings and site visits
Supporting senior staff with a variety of commercial and administrative tasks across multiple sites
What we're looking for;
A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related construction discipline
Proficiency in IT, including Google and Microsoft packages
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage their own workload effectively
A collaborative approach with the ability to work well as part of a team
Previous exposure to work placements, internships or construction-related projects would be advantageous
