This is a global role: youll partner with clients across the US, Europe, and Asia , giving you the chance to travel internationally for meetings, events, and client visits

What the role entails: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Conduct detailed market mapping to identify and headhunt top-tier talent
Build and maintain relationships with VERY impressive clients, proactively winning new business
Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening call to final placement
Lead contract and salary negotiations to ensure successful outcomes for all parties
What you need: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
A degree from a top 50 university
Confident, personable, and ability to form long-lasting relationships
Previous commercial work experience (sales experience is a plus)
Strong work ethic with a drive to achieve success
Motivated to become a BIG earner
Competitive mindset, ideally with a background in sports
