We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Offshore Marine team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You’ll be part of a dynamic, multinational team within WRS, supporting recruitment across the Offshore Marine sector. You will:
Assist senior consultants in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for offshore and marine roles Conduct qualification calls and assess candidate suitability Present shortlisted candidates to clients Learn client relationship management and understand recruitment needs Use recruitment systems and databases to manage candidate pipelines Stay up to date with market trends and industry insights within the Offshore Marine industry
