The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Building a relationship with the client and listening to what their ideal candidate would be
Negotiate the contract and commission structure you will be working with
Source the candidate by cold calling, headhunting, advertising and networking
Guiding the candidate through the interview process, organising all their meetings
Give advice on what to say/not to say in an interview
Receive an offer for your candidate and make a placement!

Sales experience, such as door-to-door sales or B2B
Degree educated 2:1 or above from a Russell Group
Minimum BBB at A level not BTECs
